Not high quality - you get what you pay for

This is not super sharp but a good average knife. "Talking" about the brand/quality to be sold as if it were a special German high-end brand is just sad. I believe it says Made in China on the box. It's just an average kitchen knife, feels like regular stainless steel. I should have sent it back when I got it but figured $25 would be ok but nowhere near what they brag about.
