Does what it's supposed to do
About this seller: JP was quick and polite to correct minor inconsistencies in the order. Excellent customer service! CONS: The answering machine does what it's supposed to do with ease of use and decent sound quality. Small inconveniences when setting: 1. Setting the clock is a little troublesome. It calls out the minutes until you get the right time (you can't scroll back); a bit annoying when you have to start at :00 and go up to :552. The backup battery cover is secured with a tiny screw. Who wants to fumble for a screwdriver? Why not equip it with a sliding locking lid?
