I love this stuff and got 2 packs, glad I did because one of the bottles had the screw on the atomizer so loose that there was only an ounce left in the bottle. The other atomizer was also loose and just leaked a little. Luckily all of the product stayed in the mailer (there wasn't any other plastic around the products either) so I used a hopper to collect what I could. But what a mess! But it smelled good. Another cleaner I bought from another seller had the same bottle but the top was sealed with tape and there was no leak. It can be done, obviously. I hate giving a product a bad review as it is a very good cleaner but the way I received it was terrible. Buy a vacuum cleaner but from a different seller if you want to spend money and get what you paid for. and don't have to clean up a big mess!.
