Maximum speed 1140 rpm. The average value is around 1100. The safe minimum is around 600 rpm. I have temperature controls and they are very consistent ie reliable! I still barely hear them in top-flight games, and full speed is consistent and reliable. I really liked the design of the holder. The hub around the wings is the same height as the mounting tabs, directing airflow exactly where it's supposed to be with minimal leakage! Whether pushing or pulling, they work great! LEDs are a definite plus! Hidden inside the ring, they create an even glow effect throughout the ring and blades, which is very comfortable and consistent with the power level, and at max power the light isn't glaring at all. Because they're very quiet, I can tell by their glow if they're running at low or high power, which is an indicator of how busy my system is when gaming, modeling, or video processing. I love them and recommend them!
