Easy to use with excellent customer support from start-up through implementation process (they even gave me my first microphone!). I have not had any issues in over 2 years that they are able or willing address for free! None at all!! They also do regular maintenance work which is very important as well since it keeps your system running smoothly 24/7 without problems down time etc., The only downside may be if you need more features than what their basic package provides - this can add up quickly but there's no problem adding additional software packages like Adobe Audition once installed into account by contacting them directly via emailing tech@edginrecordingsolution.com.
