UPDATE: When the company saw my comment, they contacted me immediately and immediately sent me a new pair of earrings to replace the earring that had lost its charm. They were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I had a replacement. The replacement has already arrived and is just as beautiful as the original pair. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The earrings are beautiful, but after putting them on a few times, one of the pendants on the earring fell off the hook and got lost. Very sad about that. As long as they don't fall apart
