I like how easy it was to set up with my ISP, as well as all of our devices' IP addresses being scanned at least twice per hour automatically without having to log into anything or change any settings. It's also very customizable; you can customize your alerts if they're not working correctly for whatever reason (which has happened). There are some features we'd prefer over others but overall this service works great so far! We've been able to see when someone attempts to access one of our computers/devices remotely via VPN from their own computer outside of school hours. This helps us know who might be accessing things during school time which makes me feel better knowing there isn't anyone trying to get in while students aren't around. Also gives an idea about what type of programs they may have installed locally to try to hack into something since most people use software such as Microsoft Word.
