Review on Adjustable Neck Stretcher for Horses by Horze by Cindy Martinez

I have the first version of this unit from Dover and absolutely love it. I ordered this one because the other one is overseas. The elastic on this one is too thick and not as flexible as the original (it's actually cheaper). I understand why people flip it and use it as a wiener rein - the clip that is supposed to adjust it and hold it over the back of the head has nothing to actually secure the elastic. There is no latch and the part slides back and forth too easily. I don't understand how this will stay in place if used properly, but I'll try and update it here.
