Review on KidKraft Wooden Block Set 60 Piece by Greg Quinit

Just ordered them as a Christmas present for my daughter and opened them up to check. They are very nice and heavy and not cheap or fragile. I'm sure my kids will love playing with this.My only complaint is that one of the two very long pieces has a KidKraft tag as well as a smaller tag with the product number.This can't be cleanly removed!I can see the residue and don't remove the adhesive from the sticker.When I use a cleaner like GooGone it changes the appearance of the wood and can't be washed off completely - and I don't.I don't want the cleaner to be left on these toys that my kids use I have contacted the company to see if they can provide a replacement for this part with no sticker and no response yet :( As an update - KidKraft got back to me but only for I have to say they don't offer replacement parts for it so I'll have to contact the seller. The only product support information Revain offers is the KidKraft customer service number. As a result, each of them shifts the responsibility onto the other and doesn't help the customer much. I will definitely not be returning the entire product to Revain for a replacement as the shipping costs will be prohibitive given the weight of this product. In addition, everything is intact - just one block. What a disappointing experience given the cost of this product. This isn't a cheap block set you can expect anything like that from. I would recommend other buyers to go to another company that will actually fix problems with their product.
