I only have it managed to squeeze 1, 5 glasses of juice to it. It's brand new and I'm afraid to use it as it looks like it's about to explode. I was just trying to juice spinach and broccoli and after 20 seconds the juicer started smelling awful. I followed the instructions meticulously and thought maybe this is just the beginning. However, the smell got worse. I stopped the juicer. After a while, when it didn't feel so hot anymore, I tried again. The result is the same, overheating, unpleasant smell, smoke. Until it doesn't work anymore. I left it like that for fear it might explode or break. I pulled the plug and flushed all the parts that needed flushing. The next day I turn on the juicer to check it's working and it seems to be working but I don't want to take any more risks so I turned it off and unplugged it again following the instructions. I don't think I did anything wrong since I followed the instructions. It should be brand new, but why is it broken?
