We have a stubborn and strong willed Labrador who is 2 years old. He thinks he has to bark at everything he sees. The last training collar worked well for us and the company replaced the broken one a month later and the second one lasted 4 months so we decided to switch. This collar has a longer range and the digital display is more informative. The shock is much stronger. Also, the probes have rubber tips, which we think are better than metal tips. Chuck knows what a stun collar is, and he's practically a different dog with it on. We take it off at night and try not to take it off for as long as possible, although sometimes that's not possible. With this collar we don't need to use electric shock, the bell and vibration are enough when we shock it. Level 1 is fine, it goes up to 99. The collar and hardware seems much stronger than our previous device. The only complaint we have is that the instructions are a bit vague and you can only find out how strong or how strong the effect should be by trial and error. This product seems great and not difficult to recommend. If the collar doesn't work and you have a strong willed gull then this product is for you.
