On paper this backpack has pretty much everything I wanted. I wanted the protective case for my goggles, luggage compartment and water bottle space to be strong enough for my hydroflask. I ordered blue and the color is perfect. The bag is strong – too strong. I had a hard time putting my glasses in a protective case, let alone my phone. It was difficult for me to open the bag to get things out. And the luggage cover - it was so tight on the handle of my suitcase that it took 2 hands and some effort to get it off. It may take some time for the fabric to "soften up" but I don't want to wait months. I am returning my 30 liter Thule and have to restart my search.
