My early PS4 shut down after about a minute so I assumed the fan was dying. I checked my PS4 model on the compatibility list and it was the correct product. Advantages: Competitive price. Besides, it works! The fan is connected normally and spinning. I don't know much about electronics but installation was easy with the tools and thermal paste provided. I used the step by step guide I found online. The best thing is that my PS4 is working now. I'm very glad about that. The bad: it's noisy! (Louder than a microwave.) It seems to work pretty hard when I'm playing a game, but quietly when I'm just streaming. **Update** May 2021. warns me about overheating. I'll look for something with slightly better quality and hopefully not as loud.
