The flavor is great. Reminds me of tropical punch kool-aid. It has greatly improved my workouts. I was struggling to even get through 10 minutes on my treadmill. Now I'm doing an hour. I realized I wasn't checking to see how long I've been going until I was on over a half hour. I'm less exhausted when I'm finished and this is after a day at work. I don't have a desk job so this gives me energy after a busy day on my feet in the OR. Wish I'd tried it sooner.
