I bought these shoes on race day. They broke after 2 days. I spent weeks emailing Spartan regarding my warranty. They ignore the emails for several days and then respond while awaiting the leaders' "advice" on the matter. affect performance. Had to argue before getting replacement shoes. I also had to pay for return postage and shipping of replacement shoes. Set aside $20 for a full guarantee. They also asked me to change my review due to warranty issues. Here please. I honestly love these shoes. Just hope they can work on their customer service.
