One of the things that really struck me about this BCAA was the taste. I tried fruit candies and they were delicious and fragrant. As an added bonus, the shaker mixability was excellent and completely dissolved. While it can also be used pre-workout, I used it post-workout. I used the recommended amount of 1 scoop in combination with the L-Glutamine supplement I was using and I felt absolutely no pain or stiffness after a few days. As an added bonus, I also noticed that it contains pea starch as a carb, which is great for those of us trying to limit carbs. And even though it's 20 servings, you can't beat the quality for the price. Overall I would recommend this product.
