Review on EFT-eCargo by Eugene Cox
EFT has been very good but wish they offered alternative contact methods
The ease to use, it's fast loading times which are great for my customers who need their shipments out quickly! I dislike that there is no way other than using an email address when creating new accounts or adding contacts into existing ones - this makes things slower as you have more steps involved in getting your account up & running with them rather then just one click button like most providers offer today (like DHL). We utilize eftcargos services daily at our facility so we can move loads from point A all over North America without having any issues along those lines.
Pros
- It works well once its set but has been hard due time consuming process if not done properly.and even still sometimes will be unset by certain carriers after submitting orders because they've already received shipment confirmation etc..which doesn't leave much room/time window before items needs moving again back down through chain.etc..to reach destination points where goods were sent priorly via trucking companies /shippers.for delivery purposes only...all good now ,just took
