These casters look good and will probably work well for furniture that doesn't move much (tables, sofas, etc.). They don't do so well for office chairs that need to move easily and effortlessly. The geometry of the wheel doesn't allow for quick spins (significantly offset from the finger) and the wheel ball is actually quite hard, not rubberized. Almost plastic. This makes it glide as hard as casters on hardwood floors, and the chair always feels like at least one pair of wheels are sliding sideways instead of rolling.
