A colleague recommended this massage gun for use on the lower back. This massage gun does a lot for that: 1. Attachments - The giant ball works great on my back. I used a 2 pin attachment to walk up and down my spine. Just unbelievable. My wife uses a smaller ball on her feet after her run.2. Power - Only two power levels - hard and medium. This is a deep tissue massage device, so there's nothing soft about it. I prefer the lower setting on the back. Feels great.3. Battery. Two people use it every night for five days and we still haven't needed a charge. The battery indicator shows a little less than half charge. Good. Plus, it only took about an hour and a half to fully charge right out of the box. It would be great if it had additional speeds, but for the price this is a great massage gun. We really enjoyed it!
