As for the product itself, it's great! Don't get me wrong, it works great, easy to use and accurate BUT they provide 10 packs of reagents and when you're done with 10 tests you're done. They don't tell you when you buy them that the reagents ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. I ordered two packs of 25 reagents and shortly thereafter received an email that delivery would take 4-6 weeks and even stated August 18th as the shipping date. It came and went, so I contacted Hanna again. And they said sorry it's going to be another 4 to 6 weeks. Absolutely not impressed. They clearly released the product before it was finished and THIS is a HORRIBLE business model. Definitely left me with a very bad opinion of the company.
