This is a very good bracelet that has helped my wrist recover from a sprain. My wrist is 6 1/2 inches long so I ordered a size small. However, the small size was very small and cut off the blood circulation in my arm. I ordered a medium size and it was just right for me. Revain refunded for the small size but let me keep the item. I'm sure I can find someone who can use them. I would definitely recommend her.
