I usually wear a size 10 and ordered that at first and then had to return a size 11 as they are very tight at the top of the foot. I've been paying for Crossfit for a little over a year now and finally decided that shoes would be my next purchase. *Note: It's not fun to walk in! (Nobody told me that and I've tried them in training and it's been horrible! - Have a regular shoe for workouts that involve running!) They're great for squats, deadlifts and all the other fun in-between stuff we do in CrossFit make. To be honest, now that I have them, I've found that I enjoy going barefoot as much as possible because I just find it more comfortable and grounded. with CrossFit, then I'll get them for you - you need good shoes if you want to continue on your path to health!
