Review on FileStore BPM by Darrell Shreves

The user interface was easy for me as I am used to using other products from this provider (FileMate).The ability to integrate with our ERP system helped us automate many manual tasks in Salesforce which saved time & money! - nothing so far but it's still early days- would be good if there were more options available within each process/task type rather than having limited choices at times.- can't comment yet regarding performance issues we've experienced when integrating into SFDC via API however looking forward to seeing results once live production goes ahead! Automated data entry between 2 applications has been made easier by being able to upload files directly without manually uploading them through another application first.
