Poor quality control, unusable.
One of the eyebolts is bent and the thread is damaged. It was an obvious manufacturing error. It appears to have gotten stuck in some mechanism before the finish was applied. This speaks to the terrible quality control on the part of the manufacturer. You may get a perfect set, but this is not a guarantee.
