It doesn't even look like a sponge. It would be good for cleaning, but not for your skin. It's too thick and bulky. It's not soft. It lathers up with Dawn dish soap but not shower gel. It was cheap enough for the price, but if you can't use it for its intended purpose, it's not a good deal.
