I bought all my refills from Costco until I discovered these cartridges. They work just like big brands. I haven't had any problems with them and have already bought them four times. They are a convenient XL size and are very affordable. My printer only recognizes that this is a non-genuine product and I can only confirm that this is not a problem. I agree that you should not touch the cartridge with your hand to avoid ink leakage. I like how the company supports their product.
