I love this ink! I have bought and repurchased many times and will never buy from a store again. Don't let your printer fool you, it will complain that this ink is fake, but just keep pressing "OK" and eventually it will overcome the tantrum and print beautifully!

I bought all my refills from Costco until I discovered these cartridges. They work just like big brands. I haven't had any problems with them and have already bought them four times. They are a convenient XL size and are very affordable. My printer only recognizes that this is a non-genuine product and I can only confirm that this is not a problem. I agree that you should not touch the cartridge with your hand to avoid ink leakage. I like how the company supports their product.

I have ordered them twice with no problems. Ordered for the third time last time (2021) and the cartridges are defective. Some were fine. DO NOT buy this crap! I bought a pack of 12 cartridges in November 2020 and was finally able to use them on my HP Photosmart 7520. When I removed the orange plastic shipping cap from the first magenta cartridge, ink spattered all over me, my desk, the carpet, and the printer. I picked it up to throw it in the trash and now my hands are stained purple like I robbed a bank or something! New cartridges just installed today (except photo). The printer doesn't recognize the cartridges as HP, but all you do is click OK and it goes away. Now if you turn off the printer when not in use, you'll be notified every time you turn it on. Be very careful when opening the cartridges, if you squeeze them they will leak a little.
