The USB port broke easily.

Sorry for the dust in the photo. It's in a production environment but isn't subjected to rough usage in any way. It's just on the shelf. About four or five months after purchase, I plugged a new charging cable into one of the USB ports and the connector just plugged into the case. The cable inserted perfectly straight and was half inserted when it broke. I plugged it in carefully, applying the same force I've applied to every USB connector I've used since the late 1990's. There was no cracking or popping or anything like that. He just walked in. This is definitely a design flaw. Two micro-USB charging cables were attached to it, and they were almost never taken out. If I were to plug and unplug these cables regularly, I have no doubt that this thing would break within a few days of use. I'll buy a new one and disassemble this one to see if it can be fixed, but I don't have much hope. I don't think the jack was ever attached to the plastic. I think it's just hanging off the board and will most likely come loose if I try to bend it back.
