These are fine threaded pins. If you have a 6.0 engine then this is the hub assembly for 03-04. (05 and up use SP940200) Newer 7.3 models (01-03) may also have fine thread bolts but check yours first to see if they look like the picture. If you don't want to buy new studs, spend some time digging up your old ones (with the nut screwed in so you don't accidentally knock the threads off). Runs great, replacing another Timken previously installed on the truck. Not sure how long this one will last, but will update if anything changes. Update: Approximately 2 years and 80,000 miles and it still runs like new! I wish they would paint them but you won't see the hub and you can mitigate some rust issues on the wheel mounts by using an anti-seize.
