The product came with a broken lens (plastic). Not a big deal as it doesn't (or shouldn't) affect functionality. Thing is, you don't know if the readings are accurate anyway (I think this can be said for any temp/humidity sensor). I bought this for a safe firearm, so I need reasonably accurate readings. I ended up buying digital temperature/humidity sensors from two different brands. Compared to digital sensors, this analog sensor is about 4 points higher on both temperature and humidity, which is close enough for my purposes. If I had to do it all over again, I would just buy a digital brand with a good name.
