I wasn't expecting much from a $10 bag but at least all parts had to be intact. There were clearly 3 empty spots where the rhinestones should have been. You could even see a round notch where the rhinestone was, but it probably fell off. The crazy thing is that if you look at their pictures of bags of different colors, you can even see that some of them are missing rhinestones and some are not. (For example, the gold, pink, and blue purses look intact, but the coffee-colored and purple ones look like they're missing some rhinestones.) One would think they could at least make sure that the ones they're promoting are in it are a good figure! Luckily I ordered two different brands anyway because I wasn't sure which color would look best. And another bag (Nodykka) of better quality AND the right color.
