Different cons: In less than a year of use, the spout broke off, on which the mop is put on. The spare part costs about 3500r (more than half the cost). The device has been thrown away. I'm looking for a new steam cleaner, but I'm not even considering Karcher. If at the beginning of use I advised everyone to buy the same one, now no! For! Nothing!
