I'm not new to installations. I assemble all my TVs and monitors myself and have always done so. This system was the worst (nearly impossible) to install. I have to take it to the store, attach it to an 8" x 4" workbench and squeeze the lever as hard as possible to access the hex wrench that reduces the tension. I had to lower it all the way to keep my monitor (35 inch) from flying straight through the ceiling. The anchors they indicated are complete rubbish, they were removed immediately because the installers use too large a pilot hole in the instructions. I had to pry them out of the wall and use jack screws to attach this thing. In my heavy hand wrestling, the cable guide broke because it's cheap plastic. If you don't believe me, filter the other reviews by 1 star and read the free reviews from real users. This is another example of fake reviews confusing the world about what actually is a good product. I don't think it will last long but it's hanging on the wall now.
