Review on Samsung C27F398 Curved Monitor - LC27F398FWNXZA, 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Curved Screen by Tony Perrien

I like the curved monitor, no glare, looks very beautiful! But two things could be a lot better: 1) The rear bracket that attaches the base doesn't come off. Now it's a random piece of plastic dangling from the bottom of the monitor's arm, which doesn't make any sense. If it is compatible with the adjustable bracket, why can't the desktop base plastic bracket be removed? Just make it detachable with screws, latches or whatever! 2) It scratches very easily. I have two permanent scratches where something accidentally hits the screen leaving a mark that appears permanent and will not rub off. If you're a really cautious person this might not be a problem, but God forbid you smack a fly and accidentally hit the screen, you'll be staring at that mark for the rest of the monitor's life.
