Although this is a sleep shirt I've noticed that it looks similar to some of my workout shirts so I wear it like this. .The fabric is very light, breathable and stretchy. It seems a little larger than most medium sized shirts I've bought, but doesn't sag or stretch during a workout. If you are slim and in between sizes I would go down a size. Seams and seams were tight with no loose or crooked seams. The shirt washes well without noticeable shrinkage or color loss. In general, this is as close as possible to forgoing a shirt. I think this is the lightest and most breathable shirt I've ever worn. I may buy another one and use it as a sleep shirt in the future, but for now I will continue to use this shirt for workouts.
