This is the perfect case for storing emergency bike tools (including mini pump). I was concerned it wouldn't fit my bike's center support bar (which is quite wide), but a velcro strap went easily around the frame and another strap attached to the bike's neck, holding this bag securely in place. I also really like that it has a place for a cell phone and that it is protected from the rain. The large velcro sleeve inside keeps your phone securely in place while being stored in your pocket. I even added a USB charging stick so I can also charge my phone while driving (useful for those who haven't charged their phone battery all day). I have a screen protector on my phone and found it a bit more difficult to interact with the phone through the plastic, but with practice you get used to trying a little harder. The side of the bag has a reflective coating. Material (see photo where I used the flash) that helps increase safety when driving. The protective seat cover is a nice touch. I will say that there isn't much room in the bag other than what's included and maybe a few other small items (like ice cream, a credit card and a few keys). If you're looking for something that has a lot more storage potential, you'll need to get something else. It perfectly stores emergency repair tools and a few other items.
