Suprisingly Good good for me
I purchased a waist trainer for my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. I purchased the black, size L ( he had a 37" waist). My boyfriend loves it! It's comfortable to wear for his work day, and he has lost a couple inches off of his waist already. He does already reach the 3rd (smallest) set of hooks, so we will need a medium soon. He feels really pleased with it and it has brought some of his confidence back while he's on his weight loss journey.
