This product is very good quality, I've had great results in increasing metabolism and burning fat , however, typically experienced side effects include indigestion (nausea), diarrhea, and especially body odor ("fishy" odor). You can smell this smell as soon as you open the can and it is NOT pleasant. I first put it in my protein shake but it was so gross I bought empty veggie capsules (size 000) and filled my own. Whilst I would have no hesitation in using this brand again for drying, I will NOT be making another 'bulk purchase', it's just not worth it when you can buy Nutricost L-Carnitine Tartrate Capsules. Note that the 3 stars for "packaging" is due to the glass neck seal used by Nutricost. It's not possible to remove all of the paper from your mouth (without a utility knife) so that a good seal can be achieved once opened, and you need to keep this powder DRY or the stench will become even more intense.
