First of all the seat cushion is very thin. Even with the slightest pressure of my hand, I can feel a hard metal plate underneath. If I sit on it for even half an hour, my tailbone starts to hurt! The back arches at a very low point, about 3 inches above the seat. Well down where my back naturally curves and I can't imagine an adult leaning on it comfortably. The tilt function is a joke. It returns about 5 degrees. With equal success, it would be possible not to tip at all. The armrests are very far apart and not adjustable at all. I don't have the ability to put my hands on it naturally. The wheels don't spin properly and tend to scratch the floor every time I try to move. Everything about this chair is wrong. I can't sit in it anymore and I totally regret my purchase.
