VERY light weight. It looks like a fairly thin cast metal vise. It only opens about 2 inches with a 2 inch jaw width. There are too many of these things on the market, each claiming to be the best - oh, they're the same. The main guide screw loosens too easily and the center guide is VERY sloppy and struggles to keep the moving jaw moving without jamming. This is a very cheap and poor design. I will never waste my time again (I also 3D printed new jaws to make them useful).
