This product contains the necessary ingredients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc. but the taste is not very good to me favor. satisfying. It not only leaves a greasy trail in my shaker, but also in my mouth. I didn't feel full after drinking the smoothie, it actually upset my stomach and made me craving solid food, maybe more than usual. The taste wasn't bad, it was an oily coating that turned me off of this product. I would recommend it for people looking to add essential vitamins to their daily routine, but I don't think it's an adequate meal replacement.
