I like that you can create multiple email lists, as well has being able to send out emails from within our own website without having too many extra software packages installed or running in background of other services we use daily (such as Outlook).

Also love how easy it was set up once they had us login with my credentials via their dashboard! Not much dislike about this system at all - if there were any problems contacting support team solved them quickly & efficiently!! We are using Ewaydirect primarily because its hosted by Google Apps which makes managing contacts/emails easier than doing so ourselves through Microsoft outlook etc..
