Review on CORSAIR Hydro Pump Reservoir Combo Computer Components for Internal Components by Wayne Flores

First of all I never show my build to enthusiasts because it's like restoring an old muscle car = masterpiece and constant work. The costs and headaches never end (for 7 years). Exception to the rule = Corsair XD7 water recirculation system. I need to get out of the shadows with this thing. If you're on a tight budget = stop reading right now... go to the IRS and ask for money to support your bad computer habit (because you're in trouble dude). Even if this "work of art" fails tomorrow, I will enjoy this moment. I give credit to THANOS for the engineers and designers of this pump. This makes sense and saves a lot of space in an EATX (or possibly smaller) case. Next to this device, the picture shows a Corsair XC7 RGB (CPU cold plate) and a Corsair XG7 RGB (water block/GPU cold plate). . And I never thought I'd look at my own... three days without blinking. (see photo) Specifications: > XG7 (Rev B) is perfect for my EVGA 2080 XC which is a reference card (meaning NVIDIA gives the reference and EVGA puts two fans and a shroud over it....) If you have a bigger card are as the reference size (length 10.5 inches) - then you will most likely shed tears when you find the correct block (sorry). Thickness is an issue for many (like capacitors and extra cooling scrap) > XC7 is perfect for my Intel processor with LGA 1200 socket (or whatever); Corsair provides you with a backplate and spring-loaded screws that can be secured so they won't wobble during installation. The rest is up to you and extensive research. I had to watch a few YOUTUBE videos that didn't teach me anything about setting up a custom loop (just for reference or nothing at all). Takes a while... But I know one rule = buy two things that aren't in WALMART or BESTBUY. I needed (12) compression fittings (4 per box). I needed (2) 90 degree connectors. I did the calculations before I started. Surprisingly, the Corsair hose and coolant (1000ml) was enough for the entire assembly (we won't waste time testing). Hope that helps...
