. I'm using this to connect two 6ft cables together to run Oculus Link for my Quest 2 VR headset. Great for that. With two cables connected, I get the same speeds and charge rates as a single cable, so this adapter doesn't seem to cause any performance loss in my case. I had to experiment with trial and error with connector orientation before the Oculus Link would accept the chain cable, it looks like the adapter needs a specific orientation to transfer data and charge at the same time. Does exactly what I need once I establish the correct orientation of the adapter and cables. Has been working for about a month and a half with no problems. I received two adapters and both work equally well.
