I had high hopes based on the reviews but after looking back at these reviews and Q&A I realized that many (if not most) were for different models, which they then sent to me. This is a serious and fraudulent move on the seller's part. What I received was T37. After charging, it refused to boot past the logo screen. I had to let it sit for almost 24 hours before it finally booted up. I contacted the company and the proposed solution was ridiculous. I was advised to pair it with an Android phone via the app, the in-app reset feature doesn't work on the iPhone. Not sure what you should do if you don't have android. A reset will break the pair, so there were no guarantees. Luckily it finally booted up. I plugged it in, but quickly realized it wasn't. Don't stay connected and the app (after pairing) doesn't respond when you press the pairing button even if there is no connection. When I tried to view 39 faces in the app, the images only showed for the last 3, I had to upload one by one to see what the face looked like. I've tried several and the download failed at least 50% of the time. The app itself is cumbersome. This gives you the choice between metric and imperial, but still mixes them. Samr items with order date. Messages come from time to time and wrap around, so they break words. There is also no way for a canned answer. Opening it on your phone will not delete the message on the watch, and to delete it you must delete everything. To continue deleting, swipe left but it doesn't respond well to it. Emails are not displayed. The health properties are the same. O2 only works when you turn it on. Heart rate goes every 10 minutes but you can't see the data in the app. Just average. It's not connected to the built-in health app on my phone, so my stats are only in the Tinwoo app, which is pretty easy to track. Also, the screen only turns on about 25% of the time.
