Different dresses are diff material

I got two dresses. The green army and the stripped blue. The material was oddly different. I loveeeee the green army one. The material is perfect and didnt feel like that stretchy spandex feeling. The stripped blue one was okay it wasnt 100% spandex but it reminded me like it a bit, but was still cute. I am 5'1 and 150 lbs. Breast are 36D. I have a hard time finding things that fit me like before I had my baby, but a medium fir perfect. Since I am short the dress was mid calf length and looks great with wedges. (Which I forgot to take a picture of)
