This massager is not expensive, so I don't expect much when I buy this head massager. To my surprise, it works quite well. This head massager has a sleek design and is also waterproof. Because it's waterproof, the charger plugs into the base and not directly into the head massager. Therefore, it is easy to charge it just by placing it on the base. No more dealing with network connectivity! Again, this is a waterproof head massage so I've used it in the shower and it's very comfortable and relaxing. My first reaction when using this was that it works pretty well and gives me goosebumps. Another thing I love is that it's so easy to use! There aren't many buttons to adjust or press. Actually there is only 1 button. 1x press = slow, 2x press - fast. hold -> turn off. Simple and easy is all I need. Not sure about other people as my hair is quite short so scalp massage doesn't tangle my hair. Therefore, your mileage may vary by department. Overall I am happy with this purchase and see that I will be using it for a long time. 5/5
