We ordered them for a project. They sat on the shelf for three weeks before we used them only to find many problems with the optics. Support number could not be found. The VFL (Visual Fault Indicator) indicated that the fiber was live at many points in the pigtails. No specifications could be found to determine which company made the glass and whether it was G.652 or G.657, A1 or A2. The glass is of poor quality or has not been treated well during production. The braids glowed like Christmas lights when the VFL was applied. It's too late to return but I will never order from these people again.
