Got pros: The gainer in and of itself is fantastic! Exercise is an excellent complement to the process of gaining mass. Got cons: Bananas are not something I would recommend to anyone because they are so sweet. Taking into account the fact that I have a sweet tooth, I am able to drink banana even if it makes me queasy since I ate chocolate just before it. This is a delectable combination.
