Update 10/14/2020: I give ViewSonic 5 stars for exceptional customer service under warranty. My monitor started turning on badly in July. After replacing the DP cable, it worked reliably again until it completely failed recently. I have to say I was very upset that the monitor stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. I was willing to downgrade a lot. However, I contacted ViewSonic and filed a warranty claim. I worked with Leti and she was amazing. She made the warranty process easy and hassle-free. ViewSonic provided postage and packaging for my old monitor and promptly shipped me a new monitor. I am very comfortable.------------------------------ - - -----------The product is in the original box by the month. The screen is clear and sharp. The monitor is easy to set up. A major drawback that lowers the rating to 4 stars: hard-to-reach cable connections. I had to flip the monitor to connect the cables.
